Constance Lindsey is an Academic Dean of Middle School at Franklin Square Elementary/Middle School in the Baltimore City Public School System.  In this position, she leads professional development workshops, assist teachers with planning and implementation of curriculum, mentors new teachers and works closely with students and parents having difficulty with academics and behavior issues.  In addition, she provides assistance with Student Support Team, Child Study Team and Chairs the Attendance and Climate Committees.

Constance believes relationships make a difference in the lives of others.  She is the Founder of Just Us Girls Mentoring Program, mentoring girls in grades 5-8.  Just Us Girls promotes positive self-esteem, academic achievement, public service, parent involvement and personal growth.  Presently, she serves as the President of the Baltimore Alumnae Chapter of Bennett College.

Constance is a qualified educator and holds a B.A. in Accounting from Bennett College, Master of Teaching from Coppin State University, Master of Administration and Leadership from Notre Dame University of Maryland and is presently enrolled at the University of Maryland M.S.W program.
