Donya Zimmerman

Donya Zimmerman’s alter ego is the Powerful Biz Woman. The Powerful Biz Woman mission is to encourage and educate women 35 years old and older to become the CEO of their own lifestyle through business ownership. She is a business educator, author, show host, and public speaker.  Donya received her Juris Doctorate (JD) in Law from the University of Baltimore Law School. Donya is currently seeking her Masters in Elementary Education and is currently a 2nd Grade Teacher for the Baltimore City Public Schools.

Donya has created the Powerful Biz Chat Live Show that airs on Facebook Live.  Donya discusses everything Business Startup and Entrepreneurial Mindset. Powerful Biz Chat Live airs every Tuesday at 800 pm EST.  

 

Donya has created the “CYA (Cover Your Assets)” Radio Show which airs every Thursday Thursday from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The show features guests who educate entrepreneurs on the importance of protecting their assets while in business.

Donya has conducted several workshops and speaking engagements on business startups and female entrepreneurship.

 

Donya has started a movement, along with her business partner, Alina Lopez Thomas, the Ultimate Biz Conference. The purpose of the Conference is to educate aspiring entrepreneurs and small businesses on the importance of building a strong legal foundation and a strong financial foundation to sustain their business.  

 

Donya has been a part of several book collaborations starting with “From Fear to Freedom”. Her book chapter “Disbarred: Making a Major Comeback” details Donya’s journey from losing her law practice to redemption.  Having the strength to reinvent herself as a speaker, author, motivator, and educator.

The second book collaboration “3Ps to Success: Purpose, Passion, and Profit” and her book chapter “5 Simple Steps to Turn Your Passion into a Profitable Business” educates individuals on how to make a living from their passion.

 

Donya’s third book collaboration “She Power” and her book chapter “5 Plans to Needed For Successful Living” educates individuals on how to live life on their own terms.

Donya has several book collaborations set to be released in 2019. She also has several speaking engagements lined up for 2019.
