Tracy Arnold

Tracy Arnold, a Suitland High School Alumnae, is the Visionary and Executive Director of Arnold Place, Inc. - a Maryland based nonprofit, with Washington DC registration, and in the same name, a new trauma-informed therapeutic-inspired emergency and transitional home for homeless women ages 16+ years old who have been affected by domestic violence, human trafficking and other traumas.

Arnold is a mortgage industry veteran of 20 + years. She once led a team of 32 employees. Then, in 2008, cognizant of her own personal rebuilding during the fall of the housing industry, Arnold felt led to bridge the gap for other women whose struggle was greater.

Arnold is a licensed loan originator and licensed multi-state real estate agent. Arnold is formerly a faith-based comptroller of 8 years. In an effort to curb homelessness, Arnold uses her proven curriculum to empower women in financial stability and improving credit worthiness to become first time homeowners. She is an appointed member of  the Prince George's County Human Trafficking Task Force and resides in Prince George's County. Arnold is said to be unyielding in her good will towards women and underserved communities.
