Tracy Oliver has devoted her career to teaching and learning. She has worked in public education for over 20 years. She was a middle and high school teacher for the majority of those years. During those years, she held many positions such as the Chairperson of the Principal Advisory Committee and Chaired the teacher’s union committee. As she continued to develop her career, she served on the district leadership team for conducting Multicultural Training for Duval County Schools. This team was responsible for training school-based Administrators and teachers on how to infuse Culturally Responsive Content into the curriculum. She also worked part-time consultant for the Center for Collaborative Classrooms for the last couple of years.

 

She is now busy managing her companies Oliver Group Consulting Services LLC (OCS) and Tip Zone. Both companies allow her to work with private schools and provide professional development for leadership teams and teachers. During working hours, Mrs. Oliver is an Assistant Principal for Duval County Schools (Florida) and she strives to empower teaching and learning for teachers and students.

 

Most importantly, she is a wife (Eric) of 21 years, a mother of two sons Vincent and Eric, a grandmother of two (2) grandsons Adan and Josiah and a faithful member of the Northside Church of Christ whereby she and her husband serve on the leadership team.
